1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
- The product is a one-time purchase digital product or SaaS subscription
- Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date
- The product has been resold, redistributed, or misused in violation of our Terms
- The account has been found to have engaged in fraudulent activity
- The product is specifically marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Custom development or bespoke service engagements (unless there is a material failure to deliver)
3. Subscription Products
For monthly or annual subscriptions:
- New subscriptions may be refunded in full within 14 days of the initial charge
- Subscription renewals may be refunded if requested within 7 days of the renewal charge and the subscription has not been actively used in that renewal period
- Annual subscriptions that are cancelled after 14 days will not be refunded for the remaining months but access will continue until the end of the billing period
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your order confirmation number or the email address used at checkout
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 2 business days of approval.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and processed by us, the timing of when funds appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
6. Disputes
If you are unhappy with our decision regarding a refund request, you may escalate to a senior member of our team by emailing info@rolsummit.shop with "Refund Dispute" in the subject line. You also have the right to raise a dispute with your payment provider or card issuer.
